1 General Provisions

4 Account Closure & Suspension

dan88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period, dan88 may close it with prior notice.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned in accordance with applicable rules.

5 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on the dan88 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits through any other method are not accepted.

• The minimum deposit amount via any method is ৳300.
• The correct reference number must be used when making a deposit.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Deposit transactions are generally processed quickly; contact support if there is a delay.

6 Withdrawals

The following rules apply to withdrawals from dan88:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
• dan88 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation in cases of suspicious transactions.

7 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on the dan88 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion does not apply. All amounts are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka and transactions are carried out in Taka.

8 Welcome Bonus Terms

dan88 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳3,000. For deposits of ৳16,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳31,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• The bonus must be used within the specified period, otherwise it may be cancelled.
• dan88 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the bonus program at any time.

9 Bonus Abuse Policy

dan88 is committed to ensuring fair use of the bonus system. The following behaviour will be considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension:

• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts.
• Attempting to meet wagering requirements through artificial means.
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms.
• Colluding with others to manipulate the bonus system.

10 Fair Play Policy

• All game outcomes are determined impartially.

• Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Diamond — up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Progression through VIP tiers and the awarding of cashback are at dan88's discretion. dan88 reserves the right to modify the VIP program at any time.

13 Limitation of Liability

dan88 is not liable for the following:

• A game being interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or the leaking of account information.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen events or force majeure.

14 Intellectual Property
